Overview:

We are R&D driven Co. with an intention to service our customer with best quality and new products which are constantly developed to cater our customers unmet and current needs.

Our SMD Solvent is developed to increase the efficiency, flow and reduce/eliminate dryness of any SMD paste. Its promotes spreading-ability of the paste and increases per psc production.

It is used only with No Clean Solder Paste.

Usage:

1. Keep the No clean Paste out as per requirement in normal temp for your process.

2. Pour 1 to 2 drops as needed over 15 gm smd paste.

Note: Don't use more than 3-4 drops of the solvent.

Caution:

For Industrial Use only.

Its is not a No Clean Flux.

Characteristics

- It is an corrosive flux.

- It is ideal for pre-fluxing of metals prior to soldering promoting wetting on Copper, Brass, nickle and Mild Steel.

- It makes any flux residues easy to clean in warm soapy water. (Not suitable for Stainless Steel soldering)

- In very small quantities it can aide in soldering on corroded parts, but will also eat copper when used in higher, pure flux concentration. In other words, in general it is not appropriate for circuit boards.

- Avoid Skin Contact, Use gloves and keep distance while using the flux.

Features:

The original fluxes for electronics assembly were rosin-based.

- It is an activated rosin-based flux formulation.

- It has a high activity level that provides bright, shiny solder joints and is very effective in tarnish or oxide removal.

- Small amounts of residue left on the assembly generally will not harm the assembly unless it operates at high temperature and humidity.

It is a medium solids, mildly activated liquid flux with a solvent rosin activation formulated to provide a post-process flux residue that is both insulating and non-hydroscopic . As a mildly activated rosin based flux, RMA 8.25% offers a wide process window, good cleaning properties, and excellent thermal transfer.

Application:

- It provides good shine to solder joints and can be cleaned using PCB Cleaning solvents.
- It leaves small sticky layer around joints.
- Suitable for Printed Circuits Boards by Spraying or Dip Process.
- Fine pitch Soldering.
- Hand Soldering on PCB's.

Uses

- It is recommended to be used in Dip Soldering Process.

-    This flux formulation is suitable for soldering bare copper and solder plated circuit boards. It is advised that bare copper boards be free of excessive oxides and other contamination for optimum soldering performance.

-    It is extremely safe for rework, palletized wave soldering and point-to-point selective soldering.

Benefit:

-    Very low residue left on the assembly after soldering. (It is not required to clean PCB at most time)

-    Do not interfere with electrical testing and the expense of cleaning is eliminated.

-    PCB assemblies are literally dry as they exit the wave solder machine.

Our Wave NC 0% is a rosin-free, resin-free, halide-free, no-clean wave solder flux designed to promote enhanced wetting during the wave soldering process.It has a higher activity level and lower surface tension than other no-clean liquid fluxes.It performs well with bare copper, solder-coated, and organic coated PCBs, leaving negligible post-process residues that are non-conductive and do not require post-process cleaning for most applications.
